Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?Unfortunately, you are not able to change your order once it has been processed. Please double check your order before it is placed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately by sending an email to rachel@by-natalierae.com. We will check if the order has already been processed, and let you know if changes can be made.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Paynow, Visa and Mastercard via Hitpay upon checkout. Paynow is highly recommended as payments using a credit card would incur significant transaction fees imposed by the payment provider. As a small business, we would greatly appreciate receiving your payments via Paynow.

What currency are the prices listed in?All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (S$).

How can I receive my purchase?You may choose between regular delivery or self pick-up at check out. Please take note that there may be restrictions on international delivery on some items (E.g.: Monogram with Frame) due to the nature of the item.

Can I pick up my purchased items myself?Yes. Please wait for a email confirming that your items are ready for pick up. Pickup location: Buangkok MRT (Exit B), Singapore Pickup hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 11am & 6pm – 8pm. Please note: Kindly message Rachel on Instagram @by_natalierae to arrange a specific time to meet. In efforts to be eco-friendly, please bring your own bag! Thank you!

Do you ship Internationally?Yes we do!

How long will it take for my purchases to be delivered to me?For deliveries in Singapore: It typically takes between 3-7 working days from the time it is mailed out. Do take note that this does not include the working days needed to process made-to-order items (e.g.: monogram print). For international deliveries: It typically takes between 5 to 25 working days to fulfil the delivery depending on the destination and service provider. Do take note that this does not include the working days needed to process made-to-order items (e.g.: monogram print).

What if I need my items delivered urgently?We suggest self pick-up as an option. If self pick-up is not possible for you, please email us to arrange for grab express delivery with additional cost.

What if I’m not home during the delivery?Delivery personnel will call the number on your order details if there is no one present at the time of delivery to receive the purchase. Please note that if no one receives the call, your package will be left at the door.
